Accessing your virtual desktop from a different device
Your virtual desktop can only be reached from terminals that your organization has approved. If you need to connect from a different computer, tablet or location, please consult your IT department.
Your IT department can confirm whether access from another device is permitted under your company's policy, and can arrange for the device to be set up correctly. FastWorks does not provision access for individual users directly.
If you are already using an approved device and are unable to connect, please report the problem to your IT department so they can raise it with us.
